The main house features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, dining room, and 8 beds, accommodating up to 12 people. Additionally, there’s a detached cottage with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a sofa bed, and a dining area, sleeping 4 people.
The main house boasts a modern farmhouse theme, while the detached cottage has a beachy vibe. The fully fenced backyard with a security gate ensures a safe and enclosed area for pets to roam.
Main House:
- 2-story floor plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms on the 1st floor.
- 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor.
Detached Cottage:
- Equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, 1 full bathroom, and 1 bedroom.
Main House Details:
- Living Room 1: TV, large couch, and a separate reading area.
- Dining Room & Bathroom 1: Formal seating for 8, with a bathroom nearby.
- Kitchen: Well-equipped for 12 guests with essential appliances and utensils.
- Bedrooms 1-3: Queen size memory foam beds, TVs, and en-suite bathrooms in some rooms.
- Living Room 2: Large sectional sleeper sofa with chaise and TV.
Upstairs (Main House):
- Bedrooms 4-5: King size memory foam bed and 2 twin beds, respectively, with TVs and closets.
- Bathroom 5: Large full bathroom in the hallway.
Cottage Details:
- Bedroom: Queen bed with storage, TV, and closet.
- Bathroom: Full bathroom with a custom stand-up shower.
- Kitchen: Well-equipped for 4 guests with essential appliances and dining area.
Guests have full access to both houses, and certain conditions and agreements apply for stays of over 28 days or if bringing pets.
$60 per pet per trip pet fee as noted.
