What’s the closest swim beach to the property?
The closest swim beach is Honeymoon Island, just a short 10-15 minute drive away. Crystal Beach itself offers a peaceful spot to relax near the Gulf of Mexico, but for traditional white sand beaches and excellent swimming opportunities, we recommend visiting Clearwater Beach or Honeymoon Island within a 15-30 minute drive.

Do you allow early check-ins or late check-outs?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs due to our cleaning schedule. If the property is available earlier than 4 PM, we will notify you for an early check-in. We can provide recommendations for nearby beaches and restaurants to explore during your wait.

Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool is heated during the winter months to a temperature of 75-78 degrees. However, the pool’s temperature may be influenced by outside conditions, and the spa can be an alternative if the pool water is too cold for swimming.

Do you allow events/parties?
No, we do not allow parties or events at the property. Our property is located in a quiet community, and noise regulations are strictly enforced. The Pool/Lounge/Bar area is available until 10 PM for our guests’ enjoyment.

What are the booking requirements?
The individual who books the property must be present at check-in and stay for the entire reservation. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and we reserve the right to request identification. We do not rent to local residents without prior approval.

Do you allow outside guests to visit?
Outside visitors are not permitted on the property. Only guests indicated on the reservation (up to 14) are allowed. We have strict regulations regarding the maximum occupancy, and any additional guests will incur extra fees. Please make your reservation for the maximum number of people who will be present at any given time.

What items are provided with the rental?
We provide linens, towels, toiletries, a well-stocked kitchen, board games, pool toys, a high chair, and a pack-n-play. We also supply initial amounts of laundry and dishwashing detergents, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. For outdoor enthusiasts, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and toys are available. The Pinellas Trail, located nearby, is perfect for walking, jogging, or biking.
Please note that the pool/lounge/bar area is gated and reserved exclusively for registered guests. We have security cameras installed to ensure the safety and security of our guests.
Guest Access:
During your stay at Crystal Beach Paradise, you will have full access to the entire property, except for the garages. Plenty of parking space is available for up to 5 cars per reservation.
Other Things to Note:
We highly recommend purchasing CFAR (cancel for any reason) travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Please adhere to the rules and instructions regarding the use of the property, including the swimming pool, fire pit, and gas grill.
